Long-distance move from Brighton and Hove, East Sussex to Croydon, Greater London

Let me down at last minute yet they knew days ahead they couldn't come.

I got a message on the day telling me that the Van was in for an MOT and they wouldn't be on time. It then turned out that the van failed and they couldn't get the part. How can a removal company with any professionalism do such a thing. I don't think you should trust these guys, they left me high and dry and didn't need to. Why on earth couldn't they have got back to me days ago to tell me that the van was not going to be available so that I could book another, instead they sat on it and gave me three hours notice. I then was kept dangling and I don't believe everything I was told, I was given the MD's number which turned out to be a junior member of staff. The guy who gave me it told me it was the MDs fault but it turns out he was actually on holiday. Somebody was not telling the truth. Can't trust them to turn up when promissed so don't use them! http://youtu.be/smpVecTe5Tc.
